233 California Hates Adults

Well the government has done it again. This time it is the state of California with SB 459 Link here . This bill would change the independent contractor status for Strip Club workers and make them all Employees.   Now I do not see the hit on the Adult film industry, but the law is poorly written and could be stretched to cover that as well.  sb_459_bill_20110527_amended_sen_v97 Here is a copy of the bill in pdf format, read it for yourself and contact your state rep to complain.   This could close down many clubs in the state, that is why I think California Hates Us……
